When will my order ship?

• Orders will be taken through the first week of the month through the 3rd week. Orders will ship the last weekend of the month.

• For the 3 month subscription: if the subscription is ordered within the first three weeks of the month, you will receive the following months box. If orders are received in the fourth week of the month, you will receive the box for the month after the following month. For example:

  • Order placed Jan 1 -22: You will receive the February box.

  • Order placed Jan 23-28: You will receive the March box.

• Monthly boxes are one month ahead of the month you order in. Meaning:

  • Order Jan. 1-Jan. 23rd, receive the February box.

What’s included in the box?

• Each box will include 3 crafts and all the supplies needed to complete them.

• Also included are written instructions for each craft with pictures.

Are orders refundable?

• Prior to your box shipping, please reach out by social media or email, and we will make arrangements to cancel your order when possible. After your order has shipped, refunds are not allowed. If you have a problem with your order, please let us know, your satisfaction is very important to us.

• Prepaid subscriptions are not refundable. That being said, we understand unforeseen circumstances so please reach out with any concerns.

Can I return my orders?

• Once your box has shipped all orders are final and we do not accept returns. If you have an issue with your order, please let us know, we would like to ensure your satisfaction and will help where we can.

Are there enough supplies for two children?

• Each box contains enough supplies for one child.

How and when can I cancel my 3 month subscription?

• You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us, we are happy to help. You can contact us via email, social media, or email at: rainbowartsinfo@gmail.com.

How can I ship to multiple addresses?

• In order to ship to multiple addresses, please create a separate order for each address you would like to ship to.

What age is the box suitable for?

• The boxes are suitable for children ages 5-10.

What happens if I move, but my box is shipped to my old address?

• Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for addresses that are submitted incorrectly. Please be sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing an order. A charge of $10.00 will be applied to reship to a different address.

What happens if the shipping is undeliverable to the address I provided?

• Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses. Please be sure we have your correct, most current shipping address on file. To update your address, please reach out to rainbowartsinfo@gmail.com to let us know. A charge of $10.00 will be applies to reship to a different address.
